Who am I?

My work is centered around helping people understand how they naturally work, and what becomes possible when they stop trying to fit into what is expected.

Over the years, working across different industries and countries, I have seen how often people move away from what actually works for them. What struck me most was not that people struggled, but where the attention went. Most systems focus on what is not working and try to fix that. I have always believed the opposite: what you give attention to grows. When people work from their actual strengths, they not only enjoy their work more but also benefit the whole world around them.

That experience shaped how I work today. Not by adding more, but by making clear what is already there.

I tend to question what is considered normal. Not to disrupt for its own sake, but to understand what truly works and what does not. There is a natural drive in me to do things differently, to follow what feels true, even when it goes against the expected way. That can create movement, sometimes tension, but also clarity.

Intuition plays an important role in how I work, especially in situations that are not straightforward. Combined with a practical approach, it helps to navigate complexity and bring things back to something simple and workable. Whether it is with individuals, teams, or projects, the focus remains the same: making things clear and aligned with how they are meant to function.

You will usually find me where things feel simple and real. In summer, in and around the water. In winter, on skis in the mountains. I split my time between Amsterdam and Vermont, the latter a place I first discovered in my twenties, returned to years later on a gut feeling, and never quite left. Somewhere in Vermont, there is also an Australian Shepherd named Ollie Gollie who has his own Instagram account and a great deal of opinions.
