When a team is not functioning the way it could, the answer is rarely more process or clearer rules. Usually, it starts with understanding how the people in it are wired, both individually and in relation to one another.

We look at how decisions are made, where friction arises, and what would enable people to work together more naturally. The goal is clarity, not change for its own sake.

Advisory & Projects

Sometimes the question is larger or more open-ended. A project that needs a clear foundation, an organizational question that keeps coming back, or a situation where you want someone to think along with you over a longer period.

The involvement can be light or more intensive. We figure out what is useful as we go.
